Blend of wine from ’21, ’22, and ’23 vintages.
Fermented in barrel and finished in bottle with light sediment, this wine has no residual sugar but plenty of texture and depth. Bright citrus and juicy acidity from Albariño meet the body and richness of Pinot Noir, creating layers of citrus, baked fruit, and subtle yeasty notes. Finished with cork and cage for a classic sparkling touch, Carbo-Nation is lively, adventurous, and built for exploration
