Sourced mainly from the stony, volcanic soils of Oberhäuser Felsenberg and Kieselberg, it’s bright, mineral-driven, and full of life. Fermented in a mix of stainless steel and large used oak, the wine shows texture without losing that crisp, Riesling snap.
