Chillable red wine. Pinot Noir is sourced from Deer Park Ranch Vyd in Santa Cruz Mtns, Gamay is sourced from White Satin Vyd in Napa Carneros. Whole-cluster carbonic maceration. 8 months in neutral barrel before blending the varietals. A fresh and crunchy red wine with notes of blackberry and wild roses. It is a fantastic table wine and is guaranteed to disappear before dessert! This is the red wine that a sparkling winemaker wants to drink; think Beaujolais with California sunshine.
