Bright, supple, and easy to drink, it bursts with violet, cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, finishing juicy with gentle skin tannins. It’s the charming, fruit-forward style that makes this holiday release so beloved.
Sourced from 20 hectares of Gamay on dark granite soils in Vissoux. Traditional semi-carbonic maceration, native yeasts, no chaptalization, minimal SO₂, and a short stainless-steel aging keep things pure and vibrant. Best enjoyed from the 3rd Thursday in November through spring.
