Brunello di Montalcino, Tuscany, Italy. 100% Sangiovese. Practicing organic farming.
100% estate-owned Sangiovese grown in galestro soils at an average altitude of 400 meters. Fermentation in stainless steel followed by aging in large Slavonian oak for one year. Transferred to large French oak casks for an additional two years before bottling.
Aromas of raspberry and cherry, backed up by notes of mint, earthy spice, and chocolate. Medium-bodied on the palate with the perfect mix of sweet fruit notes and ripe tannins.
