Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. 100% Malbec. Practicing organic.
Sourced from two high-density limestone-rich plots with no clay, this Malbec is hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in small concrete tanks. It spends 18 months aging in concrete (75%) and untoasted oak foudres (25%), followed by 6 months in bottle for added finesse.
The result is an energetic, high-toned expression of Luján de Cuyo—bright mixed berries, fresh herbs, and subtle earth on the nose, with a plush yet precise palate. Juicy, mouthwatering, and long on the finish, this is a beautifully pure and modern take on Mendoza Malbec.
