About This Wine

Piedmont, Italy. 100% Ruchè. Sustainable farming. 

8-12 years old vines. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, malolactic fermentation in 54hl oak barrels. Aged 6-9 months in 10-year-old oak barrels. Refined 3 months in bottle and bottled unfiltered. Bold aromas of rose petals lead into rich flavors of cherry jam and wild berries, with a hint of pepper spice on the finish. Bright acidity balances smoothly with light oak, making this a great match for classic Piedmont dishes.
