Moulin-à-Vent is the “king of Beaujolais,” known for structure, longevity, and a Burgundian edge. This cuvée blends three parcels for perfect harmony: Rochegrès = finesse, Roche Noire = lively fruit, La Rochelle = power.
Made with traditional semi-carbonic fermentation in concrete, then aged 6–8 months in older French oak, this is a structured, age-worthy Gamay (peak around 3–6 years).
Expect dark fruit, spice, minerality, and depth—a serious Beaujolais built for roast meats, hearty poultry, and aged cheeses.
